No Document Content Collection
Our systems are designed so that we do not receive or store the textual content of your documents. We only collect usage data necessary to enhance or troubleshoot the Service.

Where We Store Your Personal Data
The data that we collect from you is hosted and stored on cloud services namely Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint which is hosted by Microsoft Corporation. The data is stored on our secure servers within the UK. There may be occasions when we transfer your personal data outside the UK, for example, when we communicate with you using a cloud based service provider that operates outside the UK. Where there are any transfers of personal data to Microsoft we ensure that there is an adequate level of protection and appropriate safeguards are in place with respect to that personal data.
International Transfers
We share your personal data within the Cleveland R&D group entities. This will involve transferring your data between the group entities. Whenever we transfer your personal data outside the UK, we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy and in compliance with the Applicable Laws, including entering into standard contractual clauses or the International Data Transfer Agreement to ensure an appropriate level of security.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
